How prepaid billing works
VU Credentials uses a SmartVault contract deployed on Polygon to manage prepaid balances. There are no invoices, no credit card requirements, and no billing surprises.
Deposit USDC or USDT
Send stablecoins directly to your tenant's SmartVault address on Polygon. Deposits are reflected in your dashboard balance within one block confirmation.
Balance tracked on-chain
Every credential issued deducts from your on-chain balance. The deduction is executed by the platform's relayer — you pay no gas.
Withdraw at any time
Unused balance is always yours. Withdraw remaining USDC or USDT back to any Polygon address with a single transaction.
Non-custodial by design
The SmartVault contract is audited and open-source. VU Credentials cannot access your deposited funds — only the deduction relayer has permission to deduct per-issuance fees, as defined in the contract.
